Terms of Service

Harlow's Visions Terms of Service-

 The artist has the right to refuse any commissions, ideas, or changes.

The artist will *not* draw 

• NSFW

• gore

• excess violence 

• sexual or suggestive themes including body parts one may find suggestive (breasts, privates, rears, etc.)

• anything hateful/derogatory towards a group of people or individual.

•relationship/couple art. Friendship art may be accepted, to the extent of hugging/cuddling.

•mechs, or highly detailed robotics.

The artist *can* draw-

• Safe for work art

• furries

• pets

• humans

• TV, video game, or show characters (fanart)

• non-human characters or OCs

• horror creatures or characters

All money due will be paid up front. The artist will not draw the commission until money is paid. 

No refunds. If there is a problem after art is completely finished, the artist will change it. If there is a major problem on the artist's side (broken laptop, physical injury, etc.) a refund may be considered. 

The client may not sell, print, or change (add colour to, change any aspect of) the art, UNLESS they ask permission to the artist, and permission is given.

If the client is to post any art on any social media, they must give credit to the artist for the art.

Failure to comply or accept these terms will result in a refused commission/ all future commissions declined.

Note- This item is in terms of digital goods and will not be shipped to the buyer. By purchasing this item, you agree that you are the client of this work. The digital good is non-refundable upon completion, in which the client will receive a digital file over Telegram, Twitter or E-mail upon completion.
